Nagin6 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• For violating any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false documents are submitted.
• If an account has had no activity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Due to a court order or legal obligation.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any active balance will be refunded, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
